Horticultural Education

Distance learning courses and the RHS full time courses offer a range of qualifications designed to provide nationally recognised accreditation of horticultural knowledge, biological sciences and garden and landscape design.

Horticultural Education

There is a progression from the RHS Level 2 Certificate in Horticulture, designed to provide an entry to professional horticulture, through the Level 3 Advanced Certificate and Diploma qualifications, to the RHS Master of Horticulture, the Society’s most prestigious qualification.
Those of you that would like to start off smaller or would like to work from home without time deadlines can choose an equivalent NCFE Level 3 certificate course or Ascentis Level 3 certificate recognised by most employers as similar to A-Level standard. Level 3 courses can assist you in career development, continued professional development and personal development. These courses are ideal for people that want to change their career, self employed, full time workers, single parents, retired etc.
